  • The Cast of 'Men in Black 3' on Being an Agent, Bigass Ray Guns, and Whether Will Smith is Really an Alien

The Men in Black are back, and they’ve added a new member…sort of. Josh Brolin joins Tommy Lee Jones and Will Smith as the 1960s version of Agent K (Jones). We sat down with all three as well as director Barry Sonnenfeld to talk about which Hollywood A-listers they could see donning the black suit, who they suspect of being an alien, and the piece of technology they wish they could have in real life. (Which they all agreed was the neuralizer … except for Tommy Lee Jones, who wants “one of those bigass ray guns that blows things up.”) The whole thing gets very NSFW at the end where we have to employ some bleeping and blurring to cover up all the dirty words coming out of their mouths!

  • Bienvenido a Miami - A Day on the Set of 'Step Up Revolution'

Since cementing their place in our cultural landscape in 2006, the ‘Step Up’ films have drastically re-shaped the dance movie genre. Gone are the choreographed prom dance scenes a la ‘She’s All That,’ replaced with the new wave of high-energy dance perfection.
    .
It was with this realization that I headed to Miami, ready to immerse myself in the dance sensation that has swept the nation. Disconnected from my fellow journalists, we’re each singularly thrown into the city of Miami, given a night to immerse ourselves in the culture and experience the passion that this Floridian city has to offer. It’s this passion that oozes itself into the production of ‘Step Up Revolution,’ the fourth installment in the popular franchise that shaped the career of Channing Tatum and pulled many talents from their previous careers on ‘So You Think You Can Dance.’

  • One-Two-Watch: Gary Clark Jr.

by Myspace Music 6 days ago

    .
Gary Clark Jr, is a psychedelic soul blues rock guitarist and singer from Austin, TX.  From the few songs I’ve heard you can hear and feel the Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan and Jimmie Vaughan influences.  He’s obviously a student of his craft.  But, there’s more to it than that for me.  He’s 28, which would have made it nearly impossible for him to escape the influence of the hip hop and grunge music of the 90’s.  He has a similar onstage power and intensity of a Kurt Cobain and an honesty in his lyrics like 2pac.  I’ve been waiting for an artist to organically embody all these elements for a long time and I think we’ve finally got our guy.

  • Myspace Talks With Kristen Stewart and Sam Claflin of 'Snow White and the Huntsman'

When I think about Snow White, the image of cartoon birds helping a princess get dressed in a ball gown tends to spring to mind. With a bunch of exciting looking action sequences and not a single cartoon bird in sight, I’m pretty psyched to see Snow White and the Huntsman. I had a chance to talk to two of the movie’s stars, Kristen Stewart (Snow White) and Sam Claflin (Prince Charming).
